Approach

Újhartyán is situated on the northwest edge of the Pilis-Alpár sand interfluve, in the geographical center of Hungary, in Pest County, along the M5 motorway. Thanks to its well-developed road network, Újhartyán can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes from Budapest, Ferenc Liszt International Airport and Kecskemét. There is also excellent road access via the 405 Main Road, which connects the Main Road 4 to the motorway. As a result, Újhartyán has good road connections with Debrecen and the southeast region of Hungary.
